Getting into tech is hard when you do not have the right skills, the right certifications, or the right tools. We remove those barriers directly. Through partnerships with TS Academy and Africa Agility, Decode Benin funds learning scholarships for students and graduates in Benin Republic.
Cohort 1 — 15 scholars selected following Beyond the Degree, June 2026. Cohort 2 — Beginning September 2026.
Our approach: Learning first. We equip scholars with real, employable skills — not just certificates — before any conversation about jobs or internships begins.
Once a year, we bring together the most relevant voices in tech from Nigeria, Benin Republic, and across Africa for a day of honest, practical conversations about building a career in tech. No fluff. No corporate keynotes for the sake of it. Real practitioners sharing real lessons with a room full of people who need them.
